Calculator entries and uploaded files
The order-file analyzers process the file in your browser. The analyzer does not upload that file to Voodoo. Entries in ordinary calculators remain in the browser session unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.
Website logs
The Lab does not add its own analytics service and sets no tracking cookies. It is hosted and served by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary request, security, and error logs; these can include an internet address, browser type, requested page, time, and technical diagnostics, and are used to serve the site and block automated abuse.
Cloudflare also runs a small cookieless measurement script on each page (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that records the page visited, referring site, browser type, country, and page load timings. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint the device, and reports aggregate statistics only.
Contacting Voodoo
If you follow a Voodoo contact link and submit information, Voodoo handles that submission under the privacy practices on its main site. Calculator results are not automatically attached to that submission.
Protect sensitive warehouse data
Use made-up or anonymous product, order, customer, and location IDs where practical. Remove personal information and anything the analysis does not need before using a tool, even when the tool processes the file locally.
