Planned lines per paid worker-hour = lines per active working hour × available-time percentage × planned use of capacity.

If the source rate already includes breaks, meetings, and normal lost time, enter 100% for worker availability so those losses are not deducted twice.

Do not staff the whole day for one short peak. Move trained backup workers into this process only during hours when demand exceeds the fixed team’s capacity.
