What to do: Name order and owner.

OwnerName the person responsible for this decision, task, or approval.
Planned timeUse a number and unit, and state the start and stop points when needed.

EvidenceName the photo, report, scan, system record, or observation that proves the answer.
CompleteChoose Complete only after the item is finished and its evidence has been checked.

Command / response latencyUse a number and unit, and state the start and stop points when needed.
Queue / WIPCount work that has started but is not complete, and note the oldest age.
AccuracyEnter correct opportunities divided by all checked opportunities.
ExceptionsDescribe what went wrong, where it was noticed, and the practical effect.
Worker support requestsCount requests for help and briefly state what workers needed.
Replenishment impactRecord whether refill work blocked or delayed the new workflow.
